The current design I have does not capture the same effects from my sketches. My design needs to be more rounded and softer, currently my renders still seem to harsh and hard surfaces. The new renders I have done are warped and too extreme in the roundness, they dont all fit together and the furniture is not practical for use in an office or anywhere.

the hand drawings are great; but the way you translate these in computer drawings is fascinating (I find). the bottom two images in this post are really intriguing shapes; not sure what they do yet but it’s just refreshing to see these ‘odd’ things appearing, clearly in search for something new…

i will do some more and see what other ways i can warp my designs. I like the shapes and how they are odd but they will no longer be practical and it doesnt all fit into a compact design anymore! they still dont look as soft as i want, i think i need to play with the materiality of them as well to improve the design

But do the forms have to fit together in a compact form ?
